While reading Colin Beavanââ¬â¢s No Impact Man, I had a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. One of my underlying thoughts throughout the whole book was, ââ¬Å"Well damn, I am so sure I would never, ever, be able to do most of this in my life.â⬠In all honesty, it at first made me feel kind of bad about how I lived; it made me feel as though I did not do enough for the environment and thought only of myself. The first thing that came to mind when I learned what this book was even about was a short online quiz of sorts. The purpose of the quiz was to determine how many planet Earthââ¬â¢s we would need if everyone on Earth lived how I did. My result was that over five planets would be needed. This made me think about how while I was using over fiveâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦My reaction to the title of this chapter was something along the lines of, ââ¬Å"Well he is doing it obviously because he is a guilty do good liberalâ⬠. I thought it was a really interesting thing that Beavan is a liberal. Liberals are generally open to newer behaviors and opinions and are much more likely to do things untraditionally. On the surface, Beavan appears to fit the precise definition of liberal; there are not many things that go against the norm of society more than what he did. Our values right now are mostly geared towards industrialization and entertainment, meaning factories and electricity and television and food. Beavan, being the liberal he is, decided he wanted to go against what people everywhere have been doing, and attempt to live with no environmental impact. But I do not necessarily think his ââ¬Å"No Impactâ⬠project was a liberal thing to do. In fact, I think his choice was possibly the most conservative of conservative things anyone has ever done in recent history. Beavan attempted to live as environmentally friendly as possible for a year, even choosing to go without electricity. I can only think of one group of people that live in modern ti mes without electricity, the Amish. The Amish people are just about the most conservative people, both politically and religiously but also more importantly environmentally, I could possibly imagine. This thought made me question his background of a liberal as he made a choice that has so much in common of one

Autism Essay #65279; There are several reasons why I chose the topic of Autism Essay. First, autism is intriguing because it is very hard to understand. Medical science is at a loss to explain why and how it occurs. Second, I have had occasion to develop a personal relationship with children who are afflicted with autism. At The Childrens Institute, where I volunteer, I sit and play with many kids, two of whom are very hard to play with. Even though they are five and six years old, they avoid making eye contact with others, and often refuse to play with the other kids. Also, once they start watching something, like television, it is very hard to get them to look somewhere else. They are focused, almost mesmerized by the television, especially if there are flashing lights or colors. One child rocks back and forth, sometimes slowly and sometimes faster. An older child makes noises a lot, hums and randomly laughs for no reason. My observations prompted me to do some research into autism and I found that these were traits which others had also observed in patients afflicted with autism. Autism has mystified scientists and doctors for more than a century. So, what do we know about it now? It is a complex developmental disability that usually appears during the first three years of life, and it arises from a neurological disorder that affects the functioning of the brain. The brainstem of a person with autism is shorter than a normal brainstem, lacks a structure known as the superior olive and has a smaller than normal structure known as the facial nucleus. Scientists who have observed the brainstems of autistic patients have reported that it is though a band of tissue is missing. The symptoms of autism vary from one person to another. Some people can be affected greatly by one symptom, while other may be affected more strongly by a different symptom. This developmental disability impacts normal development of the brain in areas such as social interaction and communication skills. Children with autism cannot interpret the emotional states of others, they dont recognize anger, sorrow or manipulative intent. Their language skills are limited and they will often fail to initiate and sustain conversations. It is common for an autistic person to avoid being touched because of a heightened sense of touch. A light touch to most people may hurt an autistic person. On the other hand, some autistic people are insensitive to pain and wont notice injuries. Hearing can also be heightened so that a noise that would not bother your or my ears, may hurt an autistic persons ears. Autistic peoples vision can also be affected. They have trouble recognizing people. They can also have their eyes hurt by a bright light or a certain flickering. People with autism lack normal non-verbal communication and body language. Because of this, they will seem more literal minded and unemotional than those around them. They also have trouble with verbal communication which sometimes means they will take a question or statement in a literal or unusual way. Some autistic people display communication difficulties such as difficulty remembering vocabulary and pronouncing words. Some are mute. Many need extra time to process verbal questions or comments and to reply. From time to time they will repeat things they hear or even their own words. As you can see, autism affects its victims in a wide variety of ways. Some do well in special supportive environments, other are completely independent and function fairly well, and still others may never learn to talk or be able to work or live independently. Problems arise when autistic people attempt to handle multiple stimuli. Because they have very narrowly focused attention, they can only keep up with one thing at a time. Most people have a mind like a flashlight, with an area of high focus, and a larger area or partial awareness. The autistic mind, though, is more like a laser-pointer that highlights only a single small dot to the exclusion of all else. Autistic people often dislike, or display a pronounced dislike for change. Deductive Reasoning Deductive reasoning was first developed by Ancient Greeks, and was refined by Aristotle through his deductive syllogisms. It is reverse of inductive reasoning. It produces from the general to the specific. An argument based on deduction begins with general statements and, through logical argument, comes to a specific conclusion. A syllogism is the simplest form of this kind of argument and consists of a major general premise (statement), followed by a minor, more specific premise and a conclusion which follows logically (Walliman Baiche, 2001; Berg Latin, 2008). This cow is a live mammal. Therefore, this cow breathes. One of the real advantages of structuring ideas deductively is that they state relationship among the concepts one is dealing. Once the major premise on which the argument rests is stated, certain values, assumptions and even logical truisms can be applied to the specific cases in minor premise. Deductive argument is an elegant way to justify a conclusion, even when it has been modified to lose the clean force of syllogism (Sprague, Stuart Bodary, 2010). When inductive and deductive reasoning were combined to form inductive/deductive reasoning, the to-and-fro process of developing hypothesis (testable theories) inductively form observations, chattering their implications by deduction, and testing them to refine or reject them in the light of the results, formed a powerful basis for the progress of knowledge, especially of scientific knowledge. Thus, it is the combination of experience with inductive and deductive reasoning which is the foundation of modern scientific research (Walliman Baiche, 2001).

The Court of Appeals is the next highest in the federal court system. The Court of Appeals is divided into 11 circuits that cover all the states, territories, and possessions of the U.S. Defendants who are not satisfied with the decision of a district court can appeal to the court. The highest federal court is the Supreme Court. It consists of eight associate justices and one chief justice, appointed by the President with the approval of the Senate. To verify our procedures, the experiment was tested using a known indicator, bromocresol green. Qualitatively, we used the color change of the solution with indicator to obtain the pKa value solely using a pH meter. Quantitatively, we used a pH meter and the spectrophotometer with varying concentrations of the acid and base.The maximum wavelengths of absorbance used to quantify the dissociated and undissociated forms of the bromocresol green were 440 nm (yellow, undissociated) and 616 nm (blue dissociated). For the unknown indicator, the wavelengths were 505. 96 nm (red, undissociated) and 601. 66 nm (blue, dissociated). For bromocresol green, the experimentally obtained pKa value measured qualitatively was 4. 04. Quantitatively, the pKa came out to be 4. 16. Part 1: Finding pKa Qualitatively 25 mL solution of the diluted NaOH with 3 drops of indicator was titrated against the diluted HCl drop wise until a color change occurred. To determine the pKa of the indicators, the pH of the solutions were taken with a pH meter when there was a color change. Determining the color of bromocresol green to be yellow when acidic and blue when basic, the point of color change to measure pH was when the solution turne d green.Likewise, the indicator of Freedom was red when acidic and blue when basic, which established the point of color change to be purple. These steps were performed three times for both the known and unknown indicators to find an average pKa value. Part 2: Finding pKa Quantitatively For the quantitative determination of pKa, multiple solutions of varying acid/ base concentration were prepared with 3 drops of indicator. Despite the varying concentrations of each solution, the total volume stayed constant at 20 mL.Before anything, the wavelengths of maximum absorbance were determined first by using solutions of pure acid and base with three drops of indicator. For each solution, the pH was measured before placing them in cuvettes to measure their absorbance values using the spectrophotometer. These steps were performed for both the known and unknown indicator. The unreliability of visual observation of the slight color change in solution could have dramatically affected the results. Because the experimentally determined pKa was less than the actual pKa for both cases, strong enough color change were probably not observed. Since the titration was performed roughly using drops, the drops could have added more acid than needed, resulting in a smaller pKa.. Quantitatively, the pKa can be determined by plotting the data, with absorbance as a function of pH. There will be two separate lines, one for each wavelength of the two colors.The intersection of these two lines will indicate the point at which the pH should be equal to the pKa. This works because at the intersection point: pH=pKa+logIn-HIn It is known that A1A2= c1c2. Since A1= A2 at the intersection point of the graph, then 1= c1c2= In-HIn. Thus,pH=pKa+log1 pH=pKa at the intersection of both curves The procedure for determination of bromocresol green pKa appeared to have worked, because the percent error was roughly around 10%. Although slightly high, these errors are unpreventable. For example, cuvettes with smudges on the sides would have increased the absorbance readings of the solutions.Moreover, the maximum wavelength is crucial because it is used as a standard to know where to record the absorbance levels of the other solutions. This is because it is where the maximum absorbance occurs for the particular color produced by the solution is. It is important to measure the absorbance levels at these standardized wavelengths to keep the data con sistent and to have the ability to compare the absorbance levels of two solutions without the need to calibrate or adjust the readings. Determining the color of bromocresol green to be yellow when acidic and blue when basic, the point of color change to measure pH was when the solution turne d green.Likewise, the indicator of Freedom was red when acidic and blue when basic, which established the point of color change to be purple. These steps were performed three times for both the known and unknown indicators to find an average pKa value. Part 2: Finding pKa Quantitatively For the quantitative determination of pKa, multiple solutions of varying acid/ base concentration were prepared with 3 drops of indicator. Despite the varying concentrations of each solution, the total volume stayed constant at 20 mL.Before anything, the wavelengths of maximum absorbance were determined first by using solutions of pure acid and base with three drops of indicator. For each solution, the pH was measured before placing them in cuvettes to measure their absorbance values using the spectrophotometer. These steps were performed for both the known and unknown indicator. The unreliability of visual observation of the slight color change in solution could have dramatically affected the results. Because the experimentally determined pKa was less than the actual pKa for both cases, strong enough color change were probably not observed. Since the titration was performed roughly using drops, the drops could have added more acid than needed, resulting in a smaller pKa.. Quantitatively, the pKa can be determined by plotting the data, with absorbance as a function of pH. There will be two separate lines, one for each wavelength of the two colors.The intersection of these two lines will indicate the point at which the pH should be equal to the pKa. This works because at the intersection point: pH=pKa+logIn-HIn It is known that A1A2= c1c2. Since A1= A2 at the intersection point of the graph, then 1= c1c2= In-HIn. Thus,pH=pKa+log1 pH=pKa at the intersection of both curves The procedure for determination of bromocresol green pKa appeared to have worked, because the percent error was roughly around 10%. Although slightly high, these errors are unpreventable. For example, cuvettes with smudges on the sides would have increased the absorbance readings of the solutions.Moreover, the maximum wavelength is crucial because it is used as a standard to know where to record the absorbance levels of the other solutions. This is because it is where the maximum absorbance occurs for the particular color produced by the solution is. It is important to measure the absorbance levels at these standardized wavelengths to keep the data con sistent and to have the ability to compare the absorbance levels of two solutions without the need to calibrate or adjust the readings. Finally, a limited number of data points when determining the pH graphically could have also added to the error in this experiment. Chemistry Lab The purpose of this lab was to see which solutions are soluble and which are not. We were able to see this by mixing certain solutions together and observing changes that occurred. The procedure for this experiment included a few different steps. The first steps were to add the nitrate solutions into the lettered parts of the 96-well plate.Once you were done with that, you were supposed to add the sodium solutions to the numbered parts of the 96-well plate, so that the solutions were added together. You were supposed to observe the different reactions occurring. Once you observed each reaction take place, you needed to fill out your data table. A. Compare your results with the solubility rules and/or solubility table in your chemistry text. I would say that my results turned out pretty close to the rules in the text book. I observed many different reactions occurring. The colors of the solutions changed from clear to purple, from clear to blue and yellow, and from clear to a milky white color. There were also changes from a light yellow to a dark almost orange color. B.Do your results agree with your expectations from the solubility rules/table? My results do agree with my expectations, however, I wasnà ¢â¬â¢t expecting all of the solutions to be soluble. C. Which anions generally form precipitates? What are exceptions? I would suggest maybe providing better rules for the solubility table because I was a little bit confused with that at first as well. I enjoyed doing this lab, as I do every one, but there were parts of it that just confused me.

How to Help an Attention-Seeking Child in the Classroom Its not uncommon for children in the classroom to do things to get your attention. Too much attention-seeking can be disruptive, causing trouble and creating distractions. The attention-seeking child will often interrupt a lesson by blurting something out. Their desire for attention is almost insatiable, so much so that the child often doesnt seem to care whether the attention they receive is positive or negative. In many cases, it doesnt even seem to matter how much attention you give them. The more you give, the more they seek. Causes of Attention-Seeking Behavior The attention-seeking child is in need of more attention than most. They seem to have something to prove and dont take as much pride intrinsically as they do extrinsically. This child may not have a sense of belonging. They may also suffer from low self-esteem, in which case they will need some help building their confidence. Sometimes, the attention-seeker is simply immature. If this is the case, adhere to the interventions below and the child will eventually outgrow their craving for attention. Interventions As a teacher, it is important to remain calm in the classroom even in the face of frustration. The attention-seeking child will always present challenges, and you must deal with them in an even-handed way. Remember that your ultimate goal is to help the child become confident and independent. When a childs attention-seeking becomes disruptive, sit down with them and explain that you have a number of children to work with each day. Provide them with a period of time that is just for them. Even a two-minute period before or after recess (a period where you can devote your attention exclusively to them) can be very helpful. When the child begs for attention, remind them of their scheduled time. If you stick with this strategy, you will find that it can be quite effective.Promote intrinsic motivation by asking the child to describe what they like about their work or how they performed. This is a great way to encourage self-reflection and help the child build confidence.Always commend the child on their improvement.During the childs special time, take time to boost their confidence by offering some inspiring words.Provide the child with responsibilities and a leadership role from time to time.Never forget that all children need to know that you care about them and that they ca n contribute in a positive way. It took the child a long time to become an extreme seeker of attention. Be patient and understand that it will take some time for them to unlearn this behavior. Remember that students, especially young students, dont always know what appropriate behavior is. Take time to teach them about appropriate interactions, responses, anger management, and other social skills. Use role-play and drama to help students understand other peoples feelings and perspectives.When you notice bullying, take the students involved aside and ask the bully to apologize directly to the victim. Although he knows his only reason for moving against his king is ââ¬Å"vaunting ambition, which oââ¬â¢erleaps itselfâ⬠(I, vii, 25-27), Macbeth decides his commitment to Lady Macbeth and his greed is stronger than his commitment to the less tangible ideals of truth and justice that he's vowed to uphold. When Macbeth willingly participates in murder for his own welfare with no concern for the welfare of the realm, the consequences quickly escalate to massacres of perceived but often innocent enemies and the need for Macbeth to lie and deceive as a means of maintaining the perception others have of him. Because Macbeth has violated the rules of justice, he is unable to see innocence in friends and expects nothing from them but harm. His own violations force Macbeth to consider Banquo's possible schemes, leading him to order murder as a form of self-protection even though Banquo has sworn himself to secrecy after they meet with the witches: ââ¬Å"I f you shall cleave to my consent, when ââ¬Ëtis, / It shall make honor for youâ⬠(II, i, 25-26). When Banquo brings up the subject of the witches, Macbeth's betrayal causes him to assume Banquo will do the same. ââ¬Å"Our fears in Banquo stick deep, / And in his royalty of nature reigns that / Which would be feared. ââ¬ËTis much he dares; / And to that dauntless temper of his mind / He hath a wisdom that doth guide his valor / To act in safetyâ⬠(III, i, 49-54). Macbeth realizes that he has Banquoââ¬â¢s silence only as long as keeping silent benefits Banquo. While Macbeth wouldn't have seen Banquo as a threat had he acted in the name of justice, Macbeth's violation of justice makes him see Banquo as a threat that must be eliminated. This is highlighted by the fact that Banquo had no intention of doing anything to bring about Macbethââ¬â¢s downfall since he was excited for the benefits to his own son from the prophecy. Till about two decades ago corporate governance was relatively an unknown subject. The USA, UK and number of other developed countries reacted strongly to the corporate failures and codes standards on corporate governance came to the centre stage. The two companies have been promoted and controlled by Rajuââ¬â¢s family. The thumbs down given by investors and the market forced him to retreat within 12 hours.2 Share prices plunges by 55% on concerns about Satyamââ¬â¢s corporate governance3. In a surprise move, the World Bank announced on December 23,à 2008 that Satyam has been barred from business with World Bank4 for eight years for providing Bank staff with ââ¬Å"improper benefitsâ⬠and charged with data theft and bribing the staff.5 Share prices fell another 14% to the lowest in over 4 years. Satyamââ¬â¢s promoters, two brothers B ,Ramalinga Raju and B Rama Raju were arrested by the State of Andhra Pradesh police and the Central government took control of the tainted company.8 The Raju brothers were booked for criminal breach of trust, cheating, criminal conspiracy and forgery under the Indian Penal Code. The Central Government reconstituted Satyams board that included three-members, HDFC Chairman Deepak Parekh, Ex Nasscom chairman and IT expert Kiran Karnik and former SEBI member C . The Central Government added three more directors to the reconstituted Board i.e., CII chief mentor Tarun Das, former president of the Institute for Chartered Accountants (ICAI) TN Manoharan and LICs S Balakrishnan. A week after Satyam founder B Ramalinga Rajuââ¬â¢s scandalous confession, Satyamââ¬â¢s auditors Price .Waterhouse finally admitted that its audit report was wrong as it was based on wrong financial statements provided by the Satyamââ¬â¢s management.9 On January 22, 2009, Satyamââ¬â¢s CFO Srinivas Vadlamani confessed to having inflated the number of employees by 10,000. He told CID officials interrogating him that this helped in drawing around Rs 20 crore per month from the related but fictitious salary accounts. Andhra Pradesh State CB-CID raided the house of Suryanarayana Raju, the youngest sibling of Ramalinga Raju who owned 4.3 per cent in Maytas Infra, and recovered sale deeds of different land purchases and development agreements.10 Senior partners S Gopalakrishnan and Srinivas Talluri of the auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) were arrested for their alleged role in the Satyam scandal. The Stateââ¬â¢s CID police booked them, on charges of fraud (Section 42 0 of the IPC) and criminal conspiracy (120B). Now, they faced many challenges and the investigation ,like SFIO INVESTIGATION, CBI INVESTIGATION, SEC INVESTIGATION. JUDGEMENT:- Satyam fraud case: Supreme Court rejects Ramalinga Rajus plea:- The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the plea of former Satyam chairman B. Ramalinga Raju, seeking extension of tomorrows deadline for his surrender. The apex court had earlier cancelled Rajus bail and directed him to surrender by November 10. However, Raju had moved an application seeking extension of this deadline to surrender citing poor health. The application did not mention as to how much time he needed to surrender. Raju had merely sought reasonable extension. Raju, the founder of Satyam was arrested in January 2009 for one of Indias biggest corporate scams, worth more than 7000 crore. The apex court had earlier on October 1 issued notice to Raju on a petition by the CBI seeking cancellation of his bail granted by the Andhra Pradesh High Court. Raju was granted bail by the Andhra High Court in August. The CBI believes that Raju may try to tamper with evidence against him and influence witnesses. He has been charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including Section 120B for criminal conspiracy, under Section 409 for breach of trust, under Section 420 for cheating, and under Section 468 and Section 471 for forgery. The Hyderabad sessions court had earlier sentenced Monika Bedi to five years term, which was later reduced to three years by the Andhra Pradesh High Court. J.B.Priestleyââ¬â¢s play, An Inspector Calls :: English Literature
Inspector Calls ââ¬âCoursework ââ¬Å"An inspector callsâ⬠is considered a mystery play and is intended to force the audience to think about themselves and the society in which they live. However, it is written in an entertaining way. The play is set in 1912. This is two years before the First World War. The play was written in 1945 at the end of the Second World War. Priestly wanted society to learn from its mistakes. In 1912 there had been rigid class divisions, women were considered inferior and working conditions for the poor were often unbearable. At the end of the First World War, life did not improve much. Priestly was concerned that people should learn from the mistakes of the First World War. He felt that people should learn to look after one another. After the Second World War there were signs of change-Priestly felt that people should make the most of these changes and build a more caring society and welfare state. Mr Birling is a central character because he is the type of person Priestly wanted to teach a lesson. He is too concerned about his social standing, business interests and is totally selfish. He believes a man has to ââ¬Å"look after number oneâ⬠and ââ¬Å"make his own wayâ⬠. Mr Birlingââ¬â¢s physical appearance is he is ââ¬Å"heavy lookingâ⬠; he is a man in his 50ââ¬â¢s with good manners but rather narrow minded in his speech. He believes he is always right and every action him and his business do are the best that could have been done. He also believes that he works for the good of his family. He is heavy looking because he would stand out in a crowd with a big grey beard and I can imagine Mr Birling being overweight. Mr Birling likes to be in control. He likes to think he is the dominant force of the family. Maybe sometimes he is a bit too controlling. Sometimes he can be very bossy: ââ¬Å"Give us the port Ednaâ⬠. Often he acts like a snob. He thinks that men are superior to women and thinks he and his family are upper class. He treats women like he cannot trust them. Respect is something that he lacks to lower class people. The characters behave to him differently. His wife and children respect him and do not stand up to him: ââ¬Å"just let me finish Eric!â⬠The inspector does not treat him the same at all. Just because he is upper class the inspector speaks to him a normal person. This gives me the impression that the inspector feels that everyone should be treated

Welfare: A Government Program in the US
In the United States, the word ââ¬Å"welfareâ⬠is familiar to everyone. People usually consider welfare as government programs that distribute public assistance to the poor and low income people. However, some people, who are able to work, take advantage of or depend too much on welfare, and they consider welfare as their main source of income. To stop their dependence on welfare, the government should put those who are on welfare into the labor area and keep them there. Besides, the government should change their way of thinking about welfare and make recipients realize the goal of work and self-sufficiency. In order to accomplish this change, the government should replace the existing welfare by education and training programs. Some welfare recipients depend too much and take advantage of welfare. The sponsors of immigrants must be responsible for taking care of their family. However, they refuse to take their responsibility, and they consider that welfare must help them. For example, one sponsor in Orange County, California placed her parents on welfare even though she owned a $450,000 home and easily could afford to provide for their well-being. However, she notified the welfare agency that her elderly parents either would have to start paying rent or move out (Smith 31). Besides, welfare pays substantially more than recipients could earn from entry-level job (Tanner et al. 22). That is the reason why welfare recipients do not likely to look for job. As a result, if people can earn the same income by either working or not working, most people will choose not to work. In contrast, other people such as elders, retarded or disabled individuals, and single parent deserve to receive government assistance; however, they do not get as much as they need because the government provides welfare to both deserving and undeserving people. This will create an unbalancing gap between people. Those who really need welfare can not get enough; meanwhile, others receive more than what they need. Therefore, the government should provide welfare to deserving people who really need assistance and jobs to those who are able to work. In the article ââ¬Å"Welfare Pays Better, So Why Work? â⬠of USA Today Magazine, the authors state ââ¬Å"Nearly everyone agrees that a major goal should be to encourage recipients to leave the welfare rolls and enter the workforceâ⬠(Tanner et al. 22). In order to encourage recipients to enter the workforce, the government should limit welfare because welfare is a source of income which recipients do not have to work to earn, so why do they have to work? Besides, welfare recipients must realize that welfare only helps them in short period of time. After that they have to be on their own because there is no one else can help them forever. If there is less welfare, working becomes the only source of income which they can depend on. Indeed, limiting welfare is parallel with seeking job. Once welfare is limited, labor force is the only place where they can get help. In order to encourage recipients to work, the government should create employment programs which assist recipients to look for job, to train and to gain skills. Although the employment programs might cost the nation more money in short term, they will be worth it in the long term. First, the government should persuade private employers to create more job opportunities for welfare recipients, and also welfare recipients should be required to participate in education and training programs. Besides, more employment services and job search assistance should be establish to help welfare recipients to have an easier time finding jobs. In addition, welfare money should be used to subsidize for education and training programs because these programs can provide skills and train them in order to meet the new demands of the labor market and meet the employer's specific needs. Furthermore, unemployment offices would no longer distinguish between those who were recently laid off and those who have been on welfare. Each person would be evaluated on the basis of what services she or he needs in order to obtain employment. Hence, everyone all has same opportunity to enter the workforce. Instead of improving the welfare programs, the government should look at them as an opportunity to create a more comprehensive employment programs that would replace the old welfare and public assistance programs. For this to occur, the government should create education and training programs to provide skills and train people in order to ensure all those who want to work are able to do so. Besides, more employment services should be established to assist people to look for job easier, and private employment creates more jobs to encourage people to work. Also, equal opportunity should be applied to everyone. As a result, all these programs should be shared a single goal: to enable people to work.
